Winter Kids Camp at Camp Lael

I recently completed a weekend winter kids camp at Camp Lael. I was a last minute replacement after their scheduled speaker had to cancel due to health problems. I’ve done plenty of summer camps, but this was my first winter camp. (I learned I’m getting too old for serious sledding!)

I didn’t have as much time to prepare as I would have liked, but it went well. Here are a few comments from the camp directors.

Brad, you did such an incredible job for our children’s retreat this winter. We sort of panicked when [our scheduled speaker] took sick–but we had no need to worry–you are incredible!

You had such an excellent way of keeping the kids attention and putting over a Bible lesson. It was enjoyable as an adult to see you work your “Magic” on us.

We hope to use you again in the near future.
